Simon Owen is by far one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. His engaging style, use of humour, and ability to simplify complex topics made the class truly enjoyable. He brought years of experience into every lesson, raising the standard of teaching to a very high level. Without him, the course would’ve been far less interesting. A brilliant teacher and an even better person.

Completed my door supervisor badge with ESO last week. Was a great experience all around. Simon is a great tutor who creates a really friendly environment. Very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Had a good laugh throughout the 6 days whilst still scoring highly on the tests, all down to Simon and his teaching ability. I highly recommend ESO, I’ll only be going to them for any renewals or further training.

Done my training at ESO for security and First Aid top up. Simon Owen was totally outstanding as the lecturer/teacher. Passed the first aid and security with flying colours. Simon makes you feel comfortable and confident in yourself during the whole day. Will be booking my Training in 3 years time and hopefully Simon is still around to help me again. Well worth a 5 star review.
