We never sell your personal information.
If a service provider stores data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
We keep learner and assessment records for 3 years after your course ends, in line with SIA and awarding body requirements. Training and assessment video is kept for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email simonowen@esotrainingnw.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
